the greek restaurant was such a treat i loved the hot fresh bread. the fish was nicely prepared and the halloumi cheese was delicious. moussaka was also a winner we ate there every day it was so good
the balcony was dusty i noticed bird droppings on the glass panels it stayed like that our entire stay. we had a swim up lagoon room i expected better upkeep of the outside space. there was zero communication about planned work the sign blocked views it felt surreal

This hotel needs more than 5 stars! every staff member were really good too. The omani hospitality was really at its very best. the food was AMAZING!!! i was hard pressed to find such a beautiful main pool, gardens and beach all in one location. It was nestled in a bay against a wonderful mountain backdrop. the snorkelling from the beach was amazing. I swam with turtles and rays and saw exotic reef life.
A week after i left, they sent me a payment link to pay for the transfer from the airport. They forgot to charge upon departure. i readily tried to fill out the payment link from my mobile phone. It proved very difficult.

The hotel features a lovely beachfront area with grass. This provides a relaxing space close to the sea. the location provides excellent surroundings with the nearby mountains and views. I really felt immersed in the landscape. the location between the mountains and the gulf is real paradise.

The staff are really very warm, friendly, and cute. i was greeted with a smile and. The staff attended to every wish. the service for the breakfast buffet was great!

amazing architecturereally good detailfresh flowers
the architecture had really good details! the gardens were really well trimmed. my room was a junior suite balcony it had amazing amenities i really wanted plus some nice touches like fresh flowers.
the rooms seemed very worn. the carpets were dirty, i was surprised.
