i found the staff very attentive. my son especially enjoyed the tide pools on the beach. he found lots of marine creatures and beautiful live corals there. the infinity pool was also a plus, as i could stay there until very late in the evening.
the payment link they sent after our departure was difficult to use. it took me over an hour to complete the form on my mobile phone. i wish they had provided all the necessary information to fill out the payment link.

Acceptable Stay
personal ice box fine architecture
The architecture is fine. It really feels like a palace. Staff members offered personal ice boxes filled with bottled water at the pool. I found this really helpful.
The concierge service missed two restaurant bookings I made through them. My swim-up lagoon room balcony remained uncleaned . It had dust and bird droppings on the glass panels.

friendly staff beautiful pool amazing food
This hotel needs more than 5 stars! every staff member were really good too. The omani hospitality was really at its very best. the food was AMAZING!!! i was hard pressed to find such a beautiful main pool, gardens and beach all in one location. It was nestled in a bay against a wonderful mountain backdrop. the snorkelling from the beach was amazing. I swam with turtles and rays and saw exotic reef life.
A week after i left, they sent me a payment link to pay for the transfer from the airport. They forgot to charge upon departure. i readily tried to fill out the payment link from my mobile phone. It proved very difficult.
